faith plus kindness
The sixth thing Peter said we must add to our faith is kindness. The Greek term that Peter uses here is philadephia, which can be translated as “brotherly love,” “brotherly affection,” or “brotherly kindness,” depending on the translation you use. It’s a different term than the one translated in the next virtue as “love.” In this lesson, we will examine why kindness matters and what it requires.
