Discipleship
One example of religious jargon that does not typically appear in everyday conversation is the word “discipleship.” This is not a term that appears in the New Testament, but it is a concept that is present throughout it. Discipleship refers to the process of not only becoming a disciple but growing as a disciple. In this lesson, we examine what a disciple is and is not so that we understand what is expected of us when we embrace the identity of a disciple.
