More than an afterthought
An afterthought is “something…not thought of originally.” In other words, it's a later addition that is not initially part of the plan. An afterthought is often the result of overlooking something because it lacks prioritization or importance. In this lesson, our goal is to understand that we are not an afterthought in the eyes of God. Nowhere is this truth communicated better than in one of Jesus’ most famous parables.
